If you are not a resident or homeowner but would like copies of neighborhood documents, they are available under the CC&Rs button for each neighborhood or contact the office via phone or email.

Conditions Covenants & Restrictions and other governing documents for each Association and Sub-Association are posted for convenience of homeowner reference only and are not guaranteed to be complete. Recorded plats and declarations are publicly recorded on the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds website. Realtors or potential home buyers should confirm on their own, the application and relevance of documents for any property before purchase

 

Note to Real Estate Professionals or Closing Attorneys:
CC&Rs are available on the main public menu online. CSI Management does charge an Administrative Fee for all closing statements and forms requested pertaining to the sale of a property.

HOA Violations / Concerns

Each HOA in Village of Raintree has individual Boards and Architectural Committees. Homeowner lot changes require submittal of an ARC application and approval BEFORE any exterior changes are made to your home and lot. Complaints or Questions may be submitted via email, phone, postal mail or in person at our shared office staff who will forward to the appropriate group.
