Key Neighborhood Information
The WHOA Board and ARC is made up of neighborhood volunteers. We meet once a month to review neighborhood business, review ARC requests, and plan events. Please contact us at williamsburg.raintree.hoa@gmail.com with any questions.
The Architectural Review Committee ensures that all exterior improvements made to homes in Williamsburg are in keeping with the neighborhood and comply with our CCRs and Bylaws. Prior to starting improvements to the exterior of your home or yard, please check if ARC approval is required. Projects requiring ARC approval include, but are not limited to:

Tree removal

New driveways

Updates to windows/doors/garage doors

Exterior paint
-
Complete tear out of landscaping

Adding decks/patios/porches/walkways, etc.
There is no cost associated with submitting a form. Please click here to submit your ARC request and allow up to two weeks for a response.
