Deerpark HOA

Welcome to the Deerpark neighborhood.  With 155 homes, we are the southeast corner of the Village of Raintree, Deerpark is full of charm with treelined streets and peacefulness.  With the neighborhood bordering the Raintree Country Club South Course, our neighbors can take advantage of the initiation fee waived for Deerpark residents.

4th of July Returns to DP

Our annual 4th of July parade and neighborhood gathering returns to Deerpark. If you are new to the neighborhood or lived here for years, this tradition continues to bring out the best in Deerpark. Everyone is welcomed to participate in the parade. So start decorating those bicycles, wagons and deck yourself out in the red, white and blue.

9:50am - Meet at parade starting point - Corner of Whitethorn and Deerpark Lane

10:00am - Parade travels down Deerpark Lane turning onto Nettlewood Lane

Following the parade we will have doughnuts, coffee and juice to celebrate and honor our nation.

Hope to see you there!
